Strata-triz is a rapidly drying, non-sticky, transparent, silicone gel formulation for the treatment of both old and new scars as well as abnormal scar prevention, in the form of hypertrophic scars and keloids.

Strata-triz dries to form a silicone gel sheet, a protective layer that is gas permeable and waterproof which hydrates and protects scars from chemical and microbial invasion, allowing scars to normalize the collagen synthesis cycles, producing a normal mature scar.

Strata-triz is used to soften and flatten scars, relieve the itching and discomfort of scars as well as reduce redness and discoloration associated with scars.

Strata-triz is the proven and convenient once-daily solution for the prevention and treatment of scars. It is easily applied to all areas of the skin, including exposed areas like the face and neck as well as joints and hairy areas without the need for shaving.

Strata-triz was developed for use on all types of scars including those resulting from general surgery, trauma, chronic wounds, burns, bites, acne and other diseases of the skin.

Strata-triz is ideal for people with sensitive skin and for children.

How much Strata-triz do I need?

Strata-triz does not soak into the skin, rather it dries to form a very thin layer that is less than the thickness of this piece of paper or as if you stretch a piece of household clingfilm over your skin. This is why one tube of Strata-triz goes a long way and usually lasts for a treatment of 90 days or more.

Choose the correct tube size for your treatment from the table below:

Strata-triz gel tube size Scar size, which can be treated with one tube for over 90 days
5 g (0.17 oz) linear scar, 2–3 cm (1–2 inch) length
10 g (0.35 oz) linear scar, 5–7 cm (2–3 inch) length
20 g (0.7 oz) linear scar, 10–14 cm (4–5 inch) length
50 g (1.75 oz
